I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling to access our ‘Come to the movies’ resource. It might be that you haven’t enabled pop-ups (a bar will appear at the top of the screen if not) or haven’t installed Flash Player.
Otherwise, could you let me know whether you’re working on a Mac or a PC, and whether you’ve tried both the Play now and Download options, and I’ll do my best to help.
