I am unable to open or download this story, although I am able to download and open other resources on the site, so maybe there is a problem.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re struggling to access ‘The Snapdragon Plant’ video resource.
I think the most likely cause will be that you need to download Quicktime onto your computer. You will find a link in the ‘Help’ box under the image from the video.
