Tile patterns

Teachers’ notes: Talk about the shapes that begin each pattern and ask the children to use the dots to continue each one. Encourage them to notice that the same shape turned upside-down sometimes fills the gap between shapes, and that two triangles may fit together to make a rectangle or a diamond.
