How to cancel your Resource Bank membership

Please contact our Customer Services team (Monday-Friday, 8.30am to 5pm) on 01926 813910 and select Option 1 or at resourcebank@scholastic.co.uk.

How you will be refunded

If you pay by Direct Debit, your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be debited from your account.

If you pay by credit or debit card, your membership will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be debited from your card. You will be refunded for any remaining full months left on your 12-month membership. Refunds will be made to the original payment card.
