Children’s heads will be full of Christmas expectations now, so why not take advantage of this exciting time outdoors?

Hunt the presents

Wrap some pretend presents in bubble wrap, tied with brightly-coloured ribbon, and hide them in the outdoor area/garden. Help children to search for the presents using gestures and directional language such as ‘go straight on, to your left a bit, go to the right’.
