What you need

Group size: small groups.

Pictures of different types of homes from countries around the world; recyclable materials; collage materials; glue; sticky tape; crayons; felt-tipped pens.

What to do

Talk to the children about different types of homes. Explain that some people have family members that live in other countries, and sometimes they have homes that are very different to our own.

Share the pictures of the different types of homes from around the world. Help the children to compare and contrast the homes in the pictures with the ones that they are familiar with.
