Celebrate Chinese New Year with these dragon activities.
Eastern Dragons have a far better reputation than their Western counterparts. You won’t catch a Chinese warrior slaying a dragon, for in Chinese culture they are considered beautiful, friendly and wise. Begin your work on Chinese dragons by looking at the imagery of the dragon. The following lesson could be used as part of a literacy unit on instructions or a speaking and listening activity.
