Link science and literacy with this fun KS2 lesson plan based around the theme of conkers.
The magic and mystery of nature can have a powerful effect on our emotions and the natural world has inspired many of our greatest poets. A simple product of nature, such as the conker – which has provided entertainment for generations of children – is a great starting point for poetry writing.
