Use the legend of the Ulster hero, Finn MacCool, to teach children about Northern Ireland’s most impressive natural phenomena
The Giant’s Causeway is found on the coast of Northern Ireland, and is described by local inhabitants as ‘the eighth wonder of the world’. The geographical phenomenon gets its name from the legend of Finn MacCool, a hero said to have built the causeway to fight a fierce giant in Scotland.
