Favourite characters

With World Book Day coming up in March, what better way to be inspired than with these activities? Traditional tales and well-known characters provide great foundations for children’s own imaginations to develop. Extend your role play with a superhero focus for active, energetic scenarios and to ensure that you embrace each child’s interests. Simple costumes can easily be improvised, using fabric paints on a sheet, made into a tabard or cloak, and asking for unwanted props and outgrown clothing will furnish a dressing-up box. Read more…
