February is National Heart Month! The British Heart Foundation organises lots of activities to raise funds for lifesaving work – like jump rope competitions, mini-Olympics, and National Wear Red Day on Friday 26 February.
The activities below will help children to understand what the heart does and why it’s so important to have a healthy lifestyle.
