Healthy eating plays an important part in getting active, so introduce the children to this mouth-watering selection of fruit and veg snacks
Before carrying out these activities, ask for parental permission for the children to taste and handle foods. Check for any food allergies and dietary requirements. Provide aprons and ask the children to wash their hands.
Wear thin gloves when grating fruit and vegetables to protect fingers.
